There’s an advert circulating in a government newspaper that NTV’s FORMER managing director Aggie Konde has moved on to a more lucrative job with Msingi East Africa Limited.

If all was well, that advert would have been in Monitor and there was going to be a sendoff filled with pomp. Still, it does make any sense for little-known Msingi to advertisement the appointment of a new staff.
We can reliably confirm that contrary to those media reports, Aggie Konde was fired with instructions to leave the Serena based TV station effective immediately.

NTV bosses in Kenya are bitter and furious at NTV’s declining performance citing her failure to a launch a single hit show since her appointment while scrapping those that were performing well.
That other than presiding over a mass exodus of top employees to competitors, turning NTV into a corruption ridden station, she was not adding any value to an institution she inherited as the undisputed No.1 TV in Uganda.
She successfully ‘murdered’ the NTV brand which was built by Kenyans. Top employees like Nancy Kacungira, Solomon Ssemwanga, etc. all fled the network
According to a letter Eyewitness has seen, she was given two options, either resign or be fired.
Her resignation has been welcomed by many especially on social media who claimed she stifled NTV.

Once popular shows such as Life Stories were killed by her reckless replacement of Justine Nameere with Bebe Cool’s wife Zuena which deal was negotiated by Bebe Cool. Others were Login, TNation, and Hotsteps. Hotsteps was replaced by Talent XP, not only did not last a month but it was her conduit to steal money.

Over the next days, we will show you the real Aggie Konde starting with what she did to Amos Nzeyi’s Pepsi Company.
