After beating South Sudan 5-1 in a Chan qualifier at Lugogo on Saturday, Uganda Cranes head Coach Micho Sredojevic has threatened to hang off his coaching boots in Uagnda unless his salary issues resolved with immediate effect.

After the match, Micho told the press how he was fired up working in such hard conditions of coaching several players when his stomach is empty.

“This country has treated me in some of the most unfair ways. In the next 48 hours, I will call a press conference to thank everyone and explain everything. After that, I will not say anything more on the matter.” He said

It has been established that Fufa currently owns more UGX 200m in salary arrears which have not yet allocated to him.

After hearing Micho is quitting, FUFA President Eng.Moses Magongo chose to hold an emergency meeting on Monday at FUFA house Mengo to find a solution before the man walks away.

It’s rumored that Micho could be returning to South Africa’s Orlando Pirates, a club he managed in 2006.
