All Opposition MPs spoke in the house – Mpuuga

The Leader of Opposition in Parliament Mathias Mpuuga has hailed the opposition MPs that he has led for the last two and a half years for having been vocal in Parliament for the time he has led them.

Mpuuga was speaking at the midterm review meeting organized by the office of the Leader of Opposition that was held at Parliament Conference today.

Mpuuga whose term of office is expected to end this December as a new leader is yet to be appointed, said that majority of the MPs in the opposition were young and new comers but he was happy that they were able to adapt quickly through a series of trainings conducted by his office.

Mpuuga started this term of office when his party was undermined as a new Party but for the last two and half years, he has been able to shape the image of opposition and NUP party.
