The Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon Anita Among and her Deputy Thomas Tayebwa have hailed the outgoing Leader of Opposition in Parliament Rt Hon Mathias Mpuuga for the excellent service he offered during his tenure.
The two made their remarks as they congratulated the new Leader of Opposition in Parliament Joel Ssenyonyi
