Shock has engulfed the people in Nkumba after driver of a coaster has lost control and rammed into a premio car at the traffic lights near Nkumba University on Kampala-Entebbe expressway.
This comes shortly after the driver of a cement mixer truck lost control and fell on a saloon car, leading to the death of Raphael Okiot at the same spot.
Cases of drivers ramming into parked cars along highways have been on the increase of late with Ugandans wondering what the role of traffic police is.
By press time Police had not issued a statement on the said incident
