The Dololo Woman Member of Parliament Hon Cecilia Ogwal has died. According to family members the vocal legislator died in a Hospital in India where she was battling cancer!
Ogwal was an FDC legislator who had served in Parliament for over two decades. Prior to joining FDC Ogwal was among the top leaders in the UPC party. She was also a vocal woman activist who spoke truth to power.
According to analysts Cecilia Ogwal will be missed in the politics of Uganda
