Museveni arrives to open the Speakers Conference!
The President of Uganda Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has arrived at the Common Wealth Resort Hotel Munyonyo to officially open the 27th Common Wealth Speakers and Presiding Officers Conference that is taking place for four days in Kampala.
The President was received by the Speaker of Parliament the Rt Hon Annet Anita Among. The President will shortly address the Speakers from the 54 Countries of the Common Wealth!
The Conference will among others discuss issues of climate change, Parliamentary democracy among others
