NRM’s Chrispus to Build NRM Office, Vows to Unseat Minister Tumwebaze!

The Minister for Agriculture and Animal Industry Frank Tumwebaze is in panic mode as his political rival Mugisha Chrispus Asimwe vows to unseat him from the NRM Chairperson seat for Kamwenge District few weeks after declaring to unseat him from his Kibale East County Parliamentary seat.

Mugisha Chrispus who was blocked from contesting against Frank Tumwebaze in 2021 general elections is now galvanizing support from the locals to unseat the powerful Minister from the two positions of Member of Parliament as well as NRM District boss.

Chrispus today unveiled an architectural design plan of a storied building where he wants to house the NRM offices as a gift to the people of Kamwenge who have supported NRM for over 40 years.

In a statement by Chrispus, the land for the said office has already been secured in Kamwenge Town Council.

“As part of my mission to liberate Kamwenge, I have offered myself to contest for NRM Chairman Kamwenge District to unseat Hon Frank Tumwebaze. My first plan on the agenda is to construct an office for the party in the district” said Chrispus in a statement to the media.

“Kamwenge people supported NRM party 99 percent and they cannot keep running the party in a briefcase. I have secured land for the office and also developed an architectural design for the said office” said Chrispus.

In a bid to support the communities in Kibale East, Chrispus has also secured a brand new Land Cruiser Ambulance to help the people in Kibale East to access health services. He also has also constructed two classroom blocks at Malele Secondary School in Biguli Sub County to help children access secondary school.

In a bid to support youths Chrispus has started a project to distribute motorcycles to the youths at so that they can get out of poverty.

Now Frank Tumwebaze is said to be in panic over how to deal with Chrispus who is having a lot of support from the youths and women
