NUP diehards lynch MK Movement/Muhoozi supporter
Police in Kajjansi is hunting for five NUP loyalists who lynched Benjamin Turyamureeba, a Muhoozi supporter.
Turyamureeba was hit by objects that left his face unrecognizable and is currently receiving treatment.
NUP supporters have in the recent past resorted to harming MK Movement/Muhoozi supporters in the country even though the latter are known to be peaceful supporters.
Last year, blogger Isma Olaxes alias Jjaja Iculi, a renowned MK Movement supporter was assassinated in Kyanja, a Kampala suburb.
Just last week, unknown assailants attacked Pastor Aloysius Bugingo and murdered his bodyguard; Pastor Bugingo is a known President Museveni and MK Movement supporter.
