Police and Military has heavily at Katonga Road at Col. Kizza Besigye’s office ahead of his press conference.

Besigye yesterday announced a Press conference at his Katonga office but did not give details of what he was going to address at the presser.
A source at his office intimated to Eyewitness24 that Besigye wants to use the opportunity when foreign delegates are in the country for the NAM Summit to highlight the lows of the Government.
