Police Probes Hajjat Hadija Namyalo Over  Fraud ,Trafficking Students to  Iran For Fake  Scholarships! 

Crime Investigators set to Question Hajjati Namyalo Hadijah Uzeiye the Head of ONC Kyambogo and her senior staff over alleged UGX 480,000,000 Fraud, Human Trafficking, Islamic radicalization, Torture and Money Laundering over alleged Fake Iran scholarship Plan .

Our reporter has exclusively learnt that the returnees and fleeced Victims are  demanding to meet President Museveni through their several petitions and Criminal complaints.

It’s alleged that over 120 applicants turned in due to a public advert aired by the ONC office and were charged several dollars upon which only 78 were taken to Iran on a Scholarship but they did not find the Courses they applied for. About 13 returned on their own costs but have been denied audience by the ONC and the Rest have petitioned HE Gen Museveni for a Meeting.

The ones in Diaspora called claimed they have no basics such as medical,enough food to eat etc and are seeking Gen Museveni’s help to return to Uganda..

The Complainants claim that much as the Scholarship was advertised as free, each was forced to part with a hefty sum in dollars paid at the Iranian Embassy to ONC staff and agents sent by SPA Hadijah to help them. Those who lost their Jobs for the new deal are also seeking Compensation in billions of shillings in a letter seen, addressed to the NRM Secretariat and HE Gen Museveni.
