The Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon Anita Among and her Deputy Rt Hon Thomas Tayebwa accompanied by Members of Parliament mourned the mother to Minister of State for Sports Peter Ogwang.
Ogwang’s mother passed earlier this week and she was buried at their ancestral home in Amuria District.
The Speaker thanked the Lord for the life of Toto Christine Agado, the mother of Hon Ogwang Ogwang who is one of the great leaders in Teso & Uganda at large.
“Her love, resilience, commitment and unwavering support to the people of Amuria have left an indelible mark” Speaker Among said.
She also said that Toto’s legacy will continue to shine even long after she has gone.
