The Kawempe North legislator Muhammad Ssegirinya’s health is continues to deteriorate as he remains in a bad state despite receiving specialized treatment in Nairobi, Kenya.
The Opposition legislators led by Joel Ssenyonyi visited him at Agha Kan Hospital in Nairobi Kenya and sources say that up to now the legislator’s health is still worrying.
“Ssegirinya is surely unwell, his condition is not good, he needs our prayers”, an MP who declared anonymity told our reporter.
Ssegirinya’s condition has been deteriorating day by day ever since he received bail from prison alongside his Makindye East MP Allan Ssewanyana. The two legislators had been charged of murder relating to the murders in greater Masaka that happened in 2022.
In one of the interviews with NBS last year, Ssegirinya confirmed that the doctors had told him that he was not going to live longer given the illness that he had.
Up to now Ssegirinya has been in and out of hospital both in Uganda, Europe and Kenya.
On Sunday Ssegirinya released a photo in a wheel chair where he said that “God is the one who knows, he is above all” which shows that he has surrendered his situation to God!
