Businessman and Vice Chairman MK Movement, Frank Gashumba has scoffed at people who were making fun of Bugingo’s attempted assassination saying that although they wanted him dead, God still wanted Bugingo to live because of the good work he is doing.
The comments came as Gashumba paid a courtesy call on Pastor Aloizious Bugingo at his home in Namayumba in Wakiso District.
The visit followed an incident in which Bugingo survived an assassination attempt in which a church elder and body guard Richard Muhumuza was murdered.
“Most pastors and religious leaders are fake, but Bugingo is one of the best Pastors we have in this country who is bold and who preached practical messages” Gashumba was quoted saying.
Gashumba who was accompanied by several MK Movement supporters gifted Bugingo with several good items like chicken, matooke, sugar etc as it is a culture in Buganda.
