Gen Muhoozi attends Busoga Royal Wedding!

It was excitement and Joy as the first son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who also is a Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations arrived at the wedding reception of the Kyabazinga of Busoga Kingdom William Gabula Nadiope iv and his wife Jovia Mutesi held at Igenge Palace at Bugembe in Jinja City.

Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba commonly known as Gen MK who is a close friend and confidant of the Kyabazinga had lunch with the king inside the palace where the two had a chat!

Gen Muhoozi who was clad in a black suit & a tie with strips was ushered into the reception by the protocol of Busoga Kingdom and was sat next to the Deputy Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon Thomas Tayebwa.

As he was introduced by the emcee, there was jubilation and ululation as the excited supporters welcomed their next President to the event.

Gen MK was accompanied by his wife Sharlot Kainerugaba and members of the MK Movement Central Committee who included Frank Gashumba and Baram Barugahara among others.

One of the MPs when asked he said this was a sign that Gen MK is going to be the next President, “Gen MK loves Basoga and that’s why he has attended our party, it’s a vote of confidence in the people of Busoga” he noted!
