Kadaga to launch her book tomorrow at Kololo airstrip

The former Speaker of Parliament, Rt Hon Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga, will tomorrow launch her book at Kololo ceremonial ground in Kampala.

The function which kicks off at 3pm is expected to be attended by various top government, cultural, religious, business and political leaders.

Kadaga, who has been the Kamuli District Woman MP since 1989, is the first Ugandan female lawyer to open a law firm in the country and the Ugandan woman to be elected Speaker of Parliament.

The First Deputy Prime Minister in charge of East African Community Affairs is an icon in the national legal fraternity as she has guided many young people to achieve their full potential in legal practices.

In Busoga, she is an icon as she has educated hundreds of children who have gone on to lead better lives and contribute meaningfully to the nation.

‘The Pathway To Greatness’ is a book which explains her journey and what young people ought to lead a meaningful life.
