At least 10 staff have resigned at the Office of the National Chairman of the National Resistance Movement -ONC in Kyambogo, eyewitness has learnt.
According to our sources, the staff who have resigned could not further tolerate the gross unprofessionalism, incompetence and a sense of entitlement rather than duty exhibited by their boss, the ONC Manager Hajjati Hadija Namyalo.
Those who have resigned include Brenda Jessica Tibamwenda the Public Relations Officer , Patrick Okello who was the head of the Call Centre , Rosette Kazaire who was the head of Mobilization, Jamilu Kazibwe the ONC Coordinator for Masaka , Mbabazi commonly known as Maama Muhoozi whose job was not clearly defined at ONC.
Some of those who have resigned have told Our Reporter that they have never seen a leader with zero intergrity levels and one who thinks is ever right without willing to listen like Namyalo.
They accuse Namyalo further to be the Chieftaincy of all abuses that have ever happened and one who doesn’t mind whatever word that comes out of her mouth.
Some of them added that they found that they are too good to be working with such a person who doesn’t depict the true values of a leader , emphasizing that the office of President Museveni deserves to be taken care of by a person with unquestionable character but not Namyalo.
Although Namyalo brags of having attained University academic qualifications, sources who know her very well say she was born and named Nansereko, only to procure academic papers from someone else , hence dropping her original name thereby commiting a criminal case of impersonation.
This , some argue that her whacky , cockeyed and thick witted character could have been enhanced by wondering how an educated person could be behaving and mismanaging the office the way she does.
Previously Namyalo was on spot for intimidating staff, irregular dismissals of staff , unnecessary recruitments and mismanagement of funds to run the ONC office with some employees saying they struggle getting their allowances.
Our reporters have since learnt that she is being investigated by a Special Committee instituted by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and it is yet to furnish him with their findings.
