Commissioner Hellen Seku, Chief Program Coordinator and Private Secretary to His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Youth Affairs, has applauded the President for the successful implementation of the Parish Development Model (PDM) in Greater Luwero.

She believes the President’s leadership is making a significant difference in the lives of Ugandans. As she witnesses the PDM’s impact on local communities, Seku notes that the model is improving people’s lives, creating jobs, and fostering community development.

Earlier in the day, President Museveni began his day in Kirimata Namasa sub-county in Nakasongola, where he commissioned a 5 million Dollar cassava plant by Pura Organic Agro-Tech in Nakasongola, marking a major step in Uganda’s industrial value addition drive.

Museveni who has been camping in Luwero since Monday then proceeded to Wabinyonyi Playground, where he held a mega rally and interacted with local residents, including fishermen who shared their concerns with him.
“His Excellency, the President’s commitment to the PDM is truly inspiring. The people of Greater Luwero are already benefiting, and we are confident that this initiative will have a lasting impact on their lives”, said Seku.

Seku who is also the Commissioner for National Secretariat for Patriotism Corps has welcomed the success of the PDM, which is empowering local communities and driving positive change. She believes that with the President’s leadership, Uganda can achieve great things.
