Deputy Speaker Tayebwa graces Busoga Royal Wedding!

The Deputy Speaker of Parliament the Rt Hon Tayebwa has graced Busoga Royal Wedding that happened today at Bugembe Cathedral in Jinja.

Tayebwa who represented Parliament was accompanied by his wife at the function.

Tayebwa thanked the Kyabazinga of Busoga for the colourful event and said that he was optmistic that be was going to have a fruitful marriage! Tayebwa also thanked the Archbishop for gracing the occasion and the other leaders who attended and the people of Busoga!

Other area Members of Parliament from Busoga, Ministers led by Rabecca Kadaga, Ambassadors, Permanent Secretaries and other dignitaries from Busoga and elsewhere were also present at a function that many have called a wedding of the Year.

The Vice President Jesca Alupo represented the President. Buganda Kingdom was represented by the Nabagereka Slyvia Naginda and a delegation of other Ministers, Bunyoro was represented by the Queen mother Best Kemigisa and Prime Minister Deo Kiyinji, Bunyoro by the Queen of Bunyoro while other cultural leaders from Bugweri, Bugisu, Alur, Teso, Acholi etc were present!
