What an incredible achievement!” Said Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa.

Tayebwa also thanked the good and conducive environment in the capital Kigali, “I would also like to express my deep gratitude to the beautiful city of Kigali for being an absolutely wonderful host. Your warm hospitality added an extra touch of magic to the event” Tayebwa tweeted.
