The outgoing Chairperson of the Public Accounts Commitee and the Busiro East MP Medard Ssegona has handed over office to Butambala County MP Muwanga Kivumbi at a function held at Parliament of Uganda.
During the handover ceremony Kivumbi emphasized the importance of thorough preparations and timely responses to questions and Commitee reports!
The handover came after a reshuffle that saw Ssegona transfered to PAC COSASE replacing Joel Ssenyonyi who was made Leader of Opposition while Muwanga Kivumbi who was Shadow Minister for Finance was replaced by Ssemuju Nganda.
