Like always when a senior person is visiting an area , a group of Forces Loyal to him , call it the advance team has to first camp and sanitize the place and prepare the people of the big person’s coming. Just like Prophet Isaiah was sent to announce Jesus Christ’s Coming and told the people “Clear the way there is someone bigger than me who is coming”.

Likewise, on Saturday PLU’s Vice President for Central Region Gashumba and his Western Region Counterpart Barugahara met with all PLU Women League Leaders led by Sarah Kiyimba in preparation for the long waited General’s arrival.
